With a background in horticulture, visual art, and over thirty years running a landscaping business, Damien draws inspiration from the natural world, shaping landscapes and settings with detail and atmosphere. A lifelong interest in music also influences his storytelling, with songs woven into parts of his fiction to enhance emotional and narrative depth.
